Payment Options:

You may pay for your dental treatment by cash, check or credit card.  We offer our patients a 5% courtesy adjustment when fees in excess of $1,500 are paid in full by cash prior to or on the day of the scheduled appointment.

Dental Insurance:

We are contracted with Premier Delta Dental and Total CIGNA Dental PPO. We accept most major dental insurance plans and, as a courtesy, we file claims for patients. Our goal is to help you maximize your insurance benefits. If you have any questions about your specific policy, please contact the office and speak with our financial coordinator at 831-688-1997.
